PALEO BLUEBERRY CRISP

Ingredients:
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pint of blueberries or any berry
- ~1-2 tsp lemon juice
CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/8 cup ghee or coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- a pinch of salt
- pecans or sliced almonds
- Lemon zest from 1/4 of a whole lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Dry berries.
- Toss berries with lemon juice and tapioca flour.
- Layer in shallow baking ramekins
- Mix all the crumble ingredients.
- Spoon over the berries.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
